L.L. Bean sells out of tote bags to help marathon bombing victims | News
FREEPORT, Maine (NECN) - Maine-based L.L. Bean created a limited edition tote bag to benefit victims of the Boston Marathon bombings -- and it took just hours to sell out of them.
The One Fund Boston Tote was made from a tarp used to protect the Fenway Park infield and has The One Fund Boston logo on it. All profits go to The One Fund Boston, which helps bombing victims and their families.
L.L. Bean produced 3,500 of the bags, which sold for $49 each.
