STAR GAZING AT TWINBROOKS, Friday, June 3, 8:00 PM

The spring sky is filled with familiar constellations and some spectacular deep sky objects. Unfortunately, most people do not know the rich background associated with the spring constellations. A group of GHS seniors are holding a community stargazing night at Twinbrooks at 8:00 on the 3rd of June for anyone who wishes to discover more about the constellations and deep sky objects (Nebula, Globular clusters, Galaxies). There will be telescopes available and many opportunities to engage with the students in discussion of the sky and spring constellations. This is a all ages event and families are highly encouraged to show up.
