Warm up for high school season and support a fellow hoopster at the same time.
The Taylor Tip Off (TTO) is a fund raiser to benefit the Taylor sisters who tragically
lost their parents last year. There was no life insurance, no savings accounts, and
now three young girls are supporting and raising themselves.
TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS WIN
PREMIUM SWEATSHIRTS!
Ryan Rogers and his team, 2009 TTO Champions, won the sweatshirt he is
wearing in this picture by raising the most money—over $900! Camden Hills
boys took 2nd raising $720. These teams were also champions on the court
playing in the TTO marquee game which Camden won by a basket in the final
seconds. This match?up went on to become the high school state class B
championship game with Falmouth winning the Gold Ball.
ENTRY FEE = DONATION
In lieu of an entry fee, teams will compete to raise the most money for the
Belinda Taylor Trust Fund (target minimum $200/team). Get creative… hold a
bottle drive, have a bake sale, cash in your spare change, ask family and friends
for donations, etc. We raised over $13,000 last year (see results below).
Officials are donating their time as well. This is truly a basketball community
effort to help one of our own.
